This stage takes you along the Solway Firth coast from Beckfoot to Grune Point and is approximately 10.5km or 6.5 miles in length with a total ascent of 17m and total descent of 20m.

Alternatives

The are a number of minor alternatives you can use to negotiate your way past the golf course just south of Silloth and Silloth itself.
